Is the CC3100MOD countermeasures against alloy spike?

It is said that arroy spike is a semiconductor manufacturing process.

Takashi - san,
ok - understood - i will ask our Quality folks about this - I would venture here that we would eliminate any escapes of this occurrence (if it did occur) by our processes and multiple test occurrences (at wafer, assembled packaged IC and assembled module levels testings)

will come back to you on this as soon as i can confirm my educated "guess"

Takashi-san,

We are not concerned with Alloy Spikes on our TI C31XX IC, we have barrier metals in place.

The CC3100MOD is a module that contains a TI IC within it, the alloy spike only applies to active IC components.
