Hello,

I am using the CC3220MODASF, and trying to have some RF tests on it.

My problem is that I don't have any communication between the GUI to the board. Even can't get the FW version.

My Device Manager recognize the board as 2 different port, and as I understand it should recognize one port "CC3200LP dual port".

What's wrong in my setup?

Can I have the relevant driver to solve this issue?

I am using win 10 PC 64 bit system.

Hi Adir,

I am confused. You talk about CC3200 and CC3220 at your comment. What device do you use? CC3200 or CC3220?

Before using of radio tools GUI, you need upload into your board radio tools application and latest Service Pack.

Sorry. I am using CC3220 MODASF with Launchpad CC3220.

Jan of course is correct here - you need to load the application image for the Radio Tool and the Service pack into the device before using the Radio Tool

For the CC3220 based products - here is the user guide ==>

and the Radio Tool you need to use is the second line item found here for download

Description how use radio tools with http://www.ti.com/lit/swru471 and radio tools for CC3220 - www.ti.com/.../cc3xxxradiotest (2nd link with version v.1.0.2.0 ).

OK. Thanks for the answers.

Now I installed the RadioGUI 1.0.2.0. But while run this app it note about missing dll files:

CC3120Lib.dll

CC3120Libuart.dll

CC3220LIB.dll

While I use the 1.2 RadioGUI I don't get any message but I as understand it does not support the CC3220.

Where can I get these dll files and where should I place them?
