Hi,

The simplelink profile page (the one available while configuring to AP mode) consists of SSID, Password and Security as parameters to be filled.
I want to be able to post another parameter called "Device ID" which is user defined. I cannot figure out how I am supposed to use the user defined tokens in order to do so. I am not sure whether I need to make the change in the C code using SimpleLinkHttpServerCallback function or only modify the HTML page. I have already modified the HTML page, but I'm unable to POST. Can someone help me with the C code?

Hi Austin,

I am referring to the out of the box and provisional ap examples from SDK 1.1 package.
I want to add a parameter to the mysimplelink.net/profiles.html (in addition to SSID, pwd, priority). I just figured that the SimpleLinkHttpServerCallback function is triggered in the java script. Since I am not familiar with JS, I need help figuring it out.

Hi Alisha,

You can refer to the NWP guide for information on using the HTTP server and more specifically on using HTTP GET and HTTP POST tokens.

Regarding the actual javascript code you'd like to implement, it seems this is more of a web application question and not a device level question. I'd recommend referring to other information sources for javascript assistance.
