I'm wondering if there is any example source code for doing Bluetooth communications between the CC3220SF and a smart phone?

Hi,

CC3220 is only WiFi chipset. Chip does not contains BLE radio.

But for previous generation (CC3200) exist this reference design - www.ti.com/.../TIDC-BLE-TO-WIFI-IOT-GATEWAY. As BLE radio is used chip CC2650.
