CC3220: CC3200SF: Minimum schematic requirements for standalone PCB design?

Part Number: CC3220

Hello all,

I want to develop a standalone PCB for CC3220SF SimpleLink™ Wi-Fi® and IoT, Single-Chip Wireless MCU, I have the following queries:

1. What are the minimum components required to develop and design a standalone PCB for CC3220SF?

2. Which type of power connection is suitable when using 5 parallel cell of 1.2V (i.e. Vin = 6V) NiMH/NiCad chemistry as power supply? VBAT Wide-Voltage Connection type or Preregulated 1.85-V Connection?

3. If "Preregulated 1.85-V Connection" is preferred then which is the best possible way to obtain 1.85V from 6V (5 parallel cells as mentioned above)( any particular TI IC)?

4. How many layers PCB is preferred for CC3220SF? Is a two layer PCB advisable or not?

5. What is best way to design an antenna for the CC3220SF for the PCB?

6. What all precautions and measures I need to take care of for designing PCB for CC3220SF?

Thanks and regards
