cc3200: CC3200 P2P video streaming

Hello,

Is it possible to stream video between 2 CC3200s over P2P mode? I would like to connect one CC3200 to a camera and send it to the other CC3200 which will show video on a touchscreen.

If CC3200s are not capable of this, which microcontrollers are? Do you have a recommendation for the camera and resistive touchscreen?

Hi Dorde,

I believe this is possible, but not easy and could be expensive. You would need a video encoder at the camera/CC3200 interface and a video decoder on the CC3200/display interface.

There's a TI design using the CC3200 for video/audio streaming over WiFi (encoder). However, there isn't a current CC32xx decoder design.
