WEBENCH® Tools/CC3220MODA: Regrding design creations of circuit based on the chip

Part Number: CC3220MODA
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC3220SF

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

Dear all,

I have a product requirement where There are 2 I/O's, one is a signal from a comparator and the other is a signal to a servo.

I am using a CC3220sf MOD with antena. We want to design a standalone programmable PCB so as to use it in our product.

1). Can we simplify the process using WEBENCH to create a complete PCB ready for production
2). Is there a preset that can be used to achieve the same with minimum designing.

Thanks

  • Hi Akshay,

    1. WEBENCH may be a possibility, but I'm not certain it will help with a complete PCB design. I'm also not very familiar with the tool and if you're wanting to use it and have specific questions about it, the WEBENCH forum might be a better spot to post your question.

    2. There are some resources available to assist you in your custom board design. For a minimalist design, the datasheet has a "Typical Design" that you can reference. There are also the LaunchPad design files available.
