Dears,

I want test CC3200 RF params. But I can not find the right Sli file. Would you tell me where i can find the right one?

Hi User,

Please see the wiki for information on using the Radio Tool: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../CC3100_&_CC3200_Radio_Tool

The "Releases" section should have the latest firmware you need.

Hi Sara,

Just to clarify are you using CC3200 or CC3220? I don't believe the CC3200 radioTool uses a .sli file.

If using the CC3220 please see the User Guide and follow the directions: http://www.ti.com/lit/swru471

And make sure you download the correct radiotool for your device from: www.ti.com/.../cc3xxxradiotest

I confirmed that I use CC3200. According to the error hint, Which is the right firmware?

Hi Sara,

Then the firmware available on the following wiki page is the one you should use:

Version 1.2 is the latest found in the "Releases" section. Also make sure you have one of the required Service Packs flashed to the device.

The directions within the wiki linked above should assist you with setting everything up correctly.
