Hi,

No, mesh network implementation is not available at CC3200 SDK. As I know Droidifi have available Mesh network implementation for CC3200. You should contact them directly - http://www.droidifi.com/videos

If you want start developing own mesh implementation you can start with Transceiver Mode example in CC3200 SDK ( processors.wiki.ti.com/.../CC3100_&_CC3200_Transceiver_Mode ).
