I tried so many codes of Arduino codes for this board but it did not work. I am not sure why this board does not support HC-SR04 sensor.

IF ANYONE PLEASE PLEASE have a code to send me out and explain to me if it is going to work on this board.

Hi Zain,

This sensor only has 2 I/O lines, so I would think an interrupt + timer would be sufficient to get this to work. For Energia questions please visit https://forum.43oh.com/

So HC-SR04 sensor needs 5 volts. If I am connecting CC3200 with USB cable the GPIO where the TRIG and ECHO is connected is getting 3.3 V . So do you think that will be a problem ? Also can you provide me any code to run for Ultrasonic sensor on CC3200 because I don't find any specifically for CC3200.

Because if the lack of Forums and communities for CC3200 I am really struggling to make it work. Please if you can help me out here.

Hi,

Digital inputs of CC3200 are not 5V tolerant. Maximum voltage which with you can connect to CC3200 GPIO is Vcc + 0.5V (in case of CC3200 LauchPad it is 3.8V). More than 3.8V connected to digital input at CC3200 LauchPad can damage chip permanently.

We don't have library for this particular ultrasonic sensor. You need port Arduino library to CC3200 or create your own library according documentation for sensor. As said Aaron, question related to Energia you should ask at https://forum.43oh.com/
