CC3200: BLE to WIFI reference design cannot work

Dear All,

I was following the TI design www.ti.com/.../TIDC-BLE-TO-WIFI-IOT-GATEWAY to setup BLE to WIFI gateway, after I flashing the bin files and run the demo, I found the BLE stack cannot run up:

After I input bleupdate and restart, it still cannot work:

Does this mean the CC2650 device on board cannot work? Or do I missed anything?
