CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL: Factory Default

I am trying to reset the LaunchXL to factory default. It is Rev A.

I am able to connect to it with UniFlash and have set it up as:
Image Mode: Development
Secured Device: False
Restore To Factory Image SOP: Enable
Restore To Factory Configuration: Defaults and Image

I use 'Program Image (Create & Program) which seems to execute.

I install SOP 0 & 1 and power up the board. I connect to the board using PuTTY via USB.

I don't ever see any communications. I remove all SOP jumpers. Same. Apparently I'm confused.

Hi There
It depends on what you are flashing to the device. If you want there to be output, you will need to flash a program. The Launchpad comes with the Out Of Box demo from the factory, but you flash something else on there if you would like.

I should explain that what I'm attempting to do is to port my CC3200 Non-RTOS code over to the CC3220.

I was hoping to use a demo project to get a development environment that I could load my CC3200 app into and then deal with the differences in the API's.

I will try to compile and flash the 'Network Terminal' example. However, I wonder if I can set this example up to compile for Non-RTOS?

You may want to start with a non-rtos example like power_measurment

Thanks, made4engineering. I did compile and run that non-os example and that was a good start.
