Basically where i can find the complete description of all the files stored in the serial flash of CC3220 .

Files stored in the serial flash are listed in the Serial Flash Application Report

( http://www.ti.com/lit/an/swra515a/swra515a.pdf )

But no description about the files is mentioned.

Hi Mahesh,

There is no comprehensive description of all system files, as their functionality is abstracted by the network processor. The API function calls ultimately make use of these files, but they are not accessed directly
