Hello everyone. We've been developing with the 3200 for a while. We are now struggling to achieve what we need with the 256K of RAM. Are there any other options within the ti portfolio that supports more RAM?

Hi,

You can choice CC3220SF chips. This is a 2nd generation of SimpleLink WiFi devices. CC3220SF have also 256kB RAM, but also have 1MB on-chip flash for code execution. And whole RAM is available for common RAM stuff (buffers, heap, variables, etc).

Code from 1st generation (CC3200) can be relatively easy ported to 2nd generation.
