is it possible to interface SDIO interface of WL18xx products to a ETH PHY (RMII)?

Alberto,

The WL18xx require a host processor running the WLAN drivers and supplicant. Are you asking if an Ethernet PHY can be used as the host with WL18xx?

Question is if a MPU with RMII interface can in any way connectable to a WL18x module.

Hi Alberto,

a WL18XX device can only be connected using either SDIO or SPI physical interface.
RMII is not supported.
