Are there any examples/instructions for connecting the CC3200STK-WIFIMK to the AWS IoT service?

To my knowledge, there are no examples/instructions.

Ok, so are there any examples of TLS 1.2 using the CC3200? It looks like the IBM example is not using TLS so maybe that is the issue in getting that chip set it to work with AWS.

Yes, we have the CC3200 ssl example that you can refer to.

The STK is only for demo purposes, so I'd recommend that you do most of your development on a launchpad.
