Do you release the document describing "CC3120 SPI Host Interface"?
I can find the only for CC3100; however, I cannot find for CC3120.

I believe most of the discussion on that CC3100 wiki page can translate to the CC3120.

If you're looking for information specific to the CC3120, section 2.4 ("Host Interface") of the Programmer's Guide has a short overview.
