CC3200: SOP2 pin is toggling Continuously after flashing.

Part Number: CC3200

Hello all,

I have made custom CPU board using TI-CC3200 microcontroller. Adopted the same Circuit diagram as of the Launchpad with the extra circuitry of RTC and Watchdog. We manufactured 10 custom boards out of which i am facing a problem with a SOP2 pin.

Here are the observations with this board:-

1. In initial states, i was able to debug and flash the board successfully. But after few days i tried again to flash the board, and then i was facing problem in flashing. I checked the hardware settings and observed that my SOP2 pin is continuously low, which should be high in normal conditions. Then, i replaces it with the new controller and then checked it. I found it high and able to flash the code.

2. After flashing i reset it and removed the SOP2 jumper. But i observed that my application is running again and again from start. I checked the reset pin which is high. Then i checked SOP2 pin which was toggling(high-low) continuously.

3. I format the board and then check SOP2 pin, observed continuous high.

So, my doubt is:-

1. In what condition SOP2 pin will get damaged.

2. In what condition SOP2 pin will toggle after flashing the code.
