Could you tell me differences between 8.9.0.0.78 and 8.9.0.0.79?
Also, if there is any release note for this, please let me know the location of the file.

Hi,

There is no release notes available for 8.9.0.0.79 yet as it is not yet part of an official service pack.
On top of 8.9.0.0.78 it has a small fix addressing some valid packets that were mistakenly detected as KRA (key replay attack) and dropped by the firmware.
