Hi,

- Design files for CC3100BOOST are created at Allegro PCB Designer ( www.ti.com/.../swrc288 ). According this discussion ( forums.autodesk.com/.../6859348 )it looks that Eagle does not supports import files from Allegro PCB Designer.
- CAD files for CC3100 QFN and MOD you find here webench.ti.com/.../cad.cgi

The CAD file is not working when i import it to eagle library.

Hi,

Did you export Ultra Librarian files into Eagle properly (e.g. learn.linksprite.com/.../ )?

Hi,

OK, it looks like same issue with a CC3220 library ( e2e.ti.com/.../2556089 ). Please wait for answer from TI, maybe they will be able provide to you fixed library.

But I think fastest way could be create library by yourself.

If you click ok does the footprint import?

if you click cancel then the footprint is there, if you click okay then same message keeps popping up. but the footprint is not usable, because there problem in schematics too.

Hi kary,

There are often issues when converting CAD files. After exporting, the three main parts of the design files (schematic, layout, component library) do not always map to each other correctly.

Have you tried using the offline version of Ultra Librarian? You can download it for free on TI.com: http://webench.ti.com/cad/

Hey kary,

Our tools team is currently working on creating a new bxl file, so thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I'm glad you decided to create your own as this is the best way to ensure that all three parts of the design files map to each other on Eagle.
