CC3200 2-layer PCB DC-DC Error

I designed cc3200 two-layers board that powered by 3.3V. But VDD_ANA3, VDD_DIG1 and DCDC_PA_SW is 1.1V and not detect the JLINK SW debuger

can any one help me to solve this problem?

Hi,

Please see processors.wiki.ti.com/.../CC3100_&_CC3200_HW_Debugging_AppNote , but I think it is wasting of time try to get to work CC3200 QFN at two layers board. CC3200 is not qualified to be used at two layers board. If you want to use two layers board, you should select CC3200MOD.

But I design my board in two layer and its important for me that be two layer. My question is any one can not design it in two layer yet? and what the reason of this error?

Hi,

As I rememberer question to two-layers board with CC3200 QFN was at this forum 10 times at least. A nobody was able design two layers board. If you need to use two layers board, you should use CC3200MOD.

We have not been able to get the DC-DC to work on a 2 layer board due to longer routings causing higher ESR and inductance for the capacitors.

You just cannot get what you want.
