Create the AD Converter design to communicate with Mesh receiver as well as ESP32

I am looking for the AD converter which helps to communicate with wireless sensor network transmitter real-time data to be converted on the receiver end after receiving the data to receiver modem and  which will send the absolute data to ESP32, I need to know the best IC hardware design which will help me to create the communication with ESP32 to receiver the signal from mesh module.
