CCS/CC3200: How to get lower current value in CC3200 HIB mode

Part Number: CC3200
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: , UNIFLASH

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hi,

I'm trying to make my cc3200 board into hibernate mode using the "hib" example provided with CC3200SDK_1.1.0 but the current (0.048 A) flowing from alimentation (of 5V) to board does not go down to values reported into the datasheet (few uA) when the board is "hibernated".

I've built the example hib program using CCS v6.0.1, flashed it into the CC3200 using CCS Uniflash and test it via Tera Term.

The current is soo high also in hibernate state (0.048 A): may the example program i am using have same bugs? May the board actually never enter into hibernation?

I'am new on programming boards like CC3200 and on using CCS: has someone some code to reach my goal or knows where to find it?

Thanks,

Gaia.
