CCS/CC3200: Flash write error

Dears:

Wifi Module designed based on CC3200. Now need to use new flash to test, but meet below problem.

1.Customer use CCS UniFlash to download code to flash. W25Q80DVUXIE is successful, but W25Q80DLUXIE is failed. Infomaiton as below:

2.Customer use Programmer to write the code into W25Q80DLUXIE , System can't start properly (Code is OK for W25Q80DVUXIE ). The prompt message is "Create write customer_now_basic. TXT err, sys stop here".

Please help to check the reason. Thanks!

    Hi,

    Serial flash memory W25Q80DL is not listed as supported memory at this list. That means this memory was not tested and from this reason it may not be functional.

    You can use see additional debug information from Uniflash by this procedure. You can also sniff communication between flash and CC3200 by logical analysers and compare  W25Q80DL with W25Q80DV. 

    BTW ... did you able format your W25Q80DL to proper size by Uniflash? Or error is returned as well?
