LAUNCHCC3220MODASF: Using HTTPS for provisioning

Part Number: LAUNCHCC3220MODASF
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UNIFLASH, CC3200, CC3100

I'd like to use HTTPS for provisioning, if possible.

However, in section 12.12.4, "HTTP Server Limitations" on page 98 of SWRU368b, I found this:

• HTTPS is currently not supported

• The HTTP web server can host a single domain only

• HTML form submission using GET method is not supported

• When configuring the Access point IP address, the address should be on the following subnet – 192.168.1.xxx.

Is this correct?  If HTTPS is indeed supported, is there documentation?  Specifically, I'm wondering what dummy certificates (from the SDK folder) to use in uniflash for development.
