WL1831MOD: WL1861 how to deal with GNSS time reversal

Dear TI team:
My customer gave me a feedback about GPS time reversal issue:

The U.S. civil GPS service interface board (CGSIC) has issued a weekly GPS count warning on the department of homeland security website for a second flip on April 6, 2019. Then my customer tested WL1861 was also found to have a time reversal problem.The time of the flip is November 2, 2019.

Does TI have any countermeasures against this problem?

Eric,

The WL1831MOD does not support GNSS. Can you please confirm the part number?

Hi Eric,

I hope you are referring to WL187x device. We do have a FW fix that will help with this issue. Please send me the details of the module and the customer and we will share the new FW. Since we cannot upload the FW to E2E, I request you to send your e-mail contact so that we can setup a means to send you the FW update.
