Thanks for your reply. The issue is damaged zip file for all downloads even though download goes to completion. I have had this problem before and had to tell people to download for me in the USA and hand carry to Sierra Leone. This makes it more time consuming and expensive. I also had a direct VSAT link to the USA state of Georgia which I can no longer afford. Can someone send me ccs9 windows64 offline download via private email, dropbox or similar service. I have been doing software development for over 35 years and know what my problem is. Thanks.
