RTOS/CC3220SF: CC3200 burn problem

Part Number: CC3220SF

Tool/software: TI-RTOS

Our new project needs to use CC3220SF. According to CC3220SF LAUNCHXL, we have made a new CC3220SF test board.

It is now impossible to connect the newly made boards using the XDS110 or serial port on the CC3220SF LAUNCHXL with UniFlash4.1.2.1329

The 40M crystal vibration waveform is good, and the measured voltage of the hardware is basically consistent with CC3220SF LAUNCHXL, as follows:

VIN_IO1 3.3V
VIN_IO2 3.3V
VIN_DCDC_DIG 3.3V
VIN_DCDC_PA 3.3V
VIN_DCDC_ANA 3.3V
DCDC_ANA_SW 1.9V
VDD_ANA1 1.9V
LDO_IN1 1.9V
LDO_IN2 1.9V
DCDC_PA_OUT 0V
VDD_PA_IN 0V
DCDC_DIG_SW 1.2V
VDD_DIG1 1.2V
VDD_DIG2 1.2V
DCDC_ANA2_SW_P 1.6V
DCDC_ANA2_SW_N 1.6V
VDD_ANA2 3.2V
VDD_RAN 1.2V
VDD_PLL 0V
  • Hi user5987565,

Just to make sure I understand correctly, are you saying that you are trying to flash your custom board using the XDS110 circuitry from the CC3220SF Launchpad but it isn't working?

If this is the case, can you provide a picture of how you have the boards connected?

    Thanks,
    Alexis
