CC3220S: Continuos unmodulated carrier for test in anechoic chamber?

Hi,

My customer wants to pre-certification test their CC3220S based design in an anechoic chamber. For this, the device has to output a continous unmodulated carrier wave. What's your recommendation to accomplish this?

There is a way thorugh the CLI as described in dev.ti.com/.../node using the CW Mode command. Preferably, there should be no other wires than power connected to the DUT during measurements. Is there a code example that simply starts the transmitter at a fixed frequency at power up?

Hi Wolfgang,

For such kind of usage is intended radio tools - www.ti.com/.../CC3XXXRADIOTEST
Here is description for Radio tools - www.ti.com/.../swru471 (see option Carrier Wave). Radio tools contains also host code, which can your customer integrated into own code if needed.
