CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL: Can't provision devices

Hi, I have been trying all day to provision the CC3220sf Launchpad. The files that I have on the CC3220sf is shown below, I have the out of the box example project flashed. But every time after I finished selecting the Wifi network and entering the password, I got this message: Profile confirmation failed: Connection failed. I have repeated multiple times, even do a factory reset once. I have service pack, root certificate catalog and everything that should be configured, configured. I'm not sure what I'm missing here.

    Hi Khoi,

    I just ran the out_of_box example in our latest SDK (v3.20) and it worked for me. I used the out_of_box uniflash project found in the out_of_box examples directory in SDK. 

    What SDK version are you using and are you using the service pack that comes with that SDK? If you are not using the latest i recommend you do. 

    Could you provide a console log and screenshot from the app? 

    Have you tried the provisioning example to see if you get the same problem?
