RCM is the regulatory body for EMC like FCC in the USA.

Matt,

Compliance testing/certification was not done for the CC3200 IC. The CC3200MOD was pre-certified but only for CE, China, FCC, ISED, and Japan. More information on CC3xxx module and EVM certification here.
