Hi Team,

I have gone through data sheet of CC3220S and found that it has extra security features overt CC32220R.

But I am not able to understand how to get the benefit of that on the product level.

Can you please explain or suggest a relevant document for the same?

one more thing,

Is it possible to unlock JTAG after locked by tempering in CC3220s?

If yes, then how?

Hi,

CC3220Sx devices have two modes. Development and production mode. Switching between modes can be done via uploading image into sFlash using Uniflash software (or by embedded or gang programming). Production mode is intended for final products. In this mode is JTAG deactivated and content of sFlash better secured. If you want switch from production mode into development mode, you need to upload image in development mode only.
