CCS/CC3220MODA: Uniflash image creation fails on macOS Catalina

Assuming that this is due to python, We have tried many options from the internet but none of them worked.

Thanks a lot Sarah. Meanwhile do you think there is an alternative to flash a board manually or through command line using Mac? (unfortunately I only have Mac with me now)

The cloud Uniflash does not seem to support CC3220.

Well, the Image is "Damaged", I'm not sure why you aren't testing new downloads, it's just good practice...

Newer Mac systems include a security setting that can block the installation of apps downloaded from places other than the Mac App Store. To install TI software, you need to allow apps downloaded from identified developers as well the Mac App Store. Do this by adjusting your security settings:

1. Go to  System Preferences | Security & Privacy
2. Click on the padlock icon at the lower-left corner to enable you to make changes.
3. Choose "App Store and identified developers"

Please let us know if this fixes the issue for you.

Yes, it definitely works. I just downloaded a fresh copy and tried it, as well.

I'm assuming you've tried to do a fresh download already, in case it actually got corrupted.

Have you tried downloading it with a different browser? I just read somewhere that could fix the "corrupted dmg" issue. 

That fixed it. It was Safari. Now that I can use Uniflash on my Mac I can feel how much slower the programming is compared to the pc version on my vm.
