CC3235S: Regulatory domains and US sanctions

Part Number: CC3235S

Hello, was looking through SWRU455H Appendix C and noticed that  North Korea, Syria and some other countries under US sanctions are listed in the country codes table. On the other hand, when downloading software or bying parts, one has to confirm that the parts will not be used in these countries. So, if I use some "forbidden" country code in my device, will CC3235 halt and catch fire?
