Hi, I cannot connect to UNIFLASH my CC3220S-LAUNCHXL, when I try, the message "Operation failed: Timeout reading data" appears. When I try to program it with Code Composer Studio, Error -241 appears:

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -241 @ 0x0)
A router subpath could not be accessed.
A security error has probably occurred.
Make sure your device is unlocked.

It is important to say that the jumper of the SOP is placed in position '010'.

Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?

Hi,

Please provide photo of your LaunchPad. I want to check your jumpers settings. Also test with another USB cable please. Do you see COM ports (XDS110 Class Application/User UART, XDS110 Class Auxiliary Data Port) from XDS-110 at your device manager?

Hi Jan, here is a photo of the device. I think the USB cable I am using is fine, because I have programmed other microcontrollers with it, and I can see COM port correctly.

Hi,

Do you see XDS110 UARTs at device manager?

Please try to do recommendation from this thread. (e.g. measuring voltages VDD_ANA, VDD_DIG, using command xdsdfu, etc.)

Hi Pedro,

You won't be able to connect through JTAG (i.e from CCS) until you unlock the device using Uniflash (i.e. set it to development mode).

Have you tried connecting (uniflash) from a different computer? using a different launchpad?
