LAUNCHCC3235MOD: UniFlash project creating problem with language specific characters

Part Number: LAUNCHCC3235MOD
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UNIFLASH

Hi,

my UniFlash returns an error every time I start new project:

Error (111) Saving Project:Unhandled exception: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte0xb3 in position 8: ordinal not in range(128)

https://prnt.sc/rzmomk

I do not enter any character above 0x7F manually. Problematic character 0xb3 stays in my first name and is also used in my computer name and in my account name. I changed the name of computer - no effects. I changed my account name also but it does not effect. Probably Windows adds only alias to existnig account name. File names in USERS folder remainings same. I made a test on diffrent computer and login without any character above 0x7F and the result was successful.

Conclusion: Users which have diacritical characters in their account names can not use UniFlash software. That is discrimination ;)
