CC3120: Questions about the internal structure of CC3120

Part Number: CC3120

Hi:

    I have two urgent problems:

        1. Since last year, I have used CC3120 in the product, but I found that the chip will short-circuit during use. Finally, it was found that the 39th pin (VIN_DCDC_PA) was short-circuited (one or two of a hundred chips may appear). I want to ask how static electricity occurs? Or the circuit design is incorrect (I modified some example circuit diagrams and replaced 100uF capacitors with 10uF).

2.I use CC3120 as a client, connect to an industrial router to send a large amount of data to a target host computer (a client has about 40 GByte of data), when there is only one client with a transmission speed of 2MByte / S, but the number of connected connections increases, The transmission speed of each client will drop sharply (the total transmission speed of all clients is less than 2MByte / s). What is the reason for this? I suspect that it is a router performance problem, but I changed a few different routers The same is true.
