The new version of European harmonized standard EN 300 328 V2.2.2 for 2.4GHz radio devices includes tougher RX blocking requirements than the current version V2.1.1.
From 6th august 2021 only V2.2.2 will be valid for Europe CE mark according to the Radio Equipment Directive. My understanding is that from that date on wards all products, with build in WLAN or Bluetooth functionality, that leaves the factory (or is imported to Europe) must comply with the new version.
Will the current Wilink devices be able to handle the tougher blocking requirements? Or will TI release updated devices?
If new HW is needed, when will samples be available?
