My customer is considering to use the WL1807MOD and they have to know

the WL1807MOD Absolute Maximum Ratings for RF Pin.

Because of the WL1807MOD data sheet is not describing this item.

I confirmed the CC3135MOD data sheet which describing P17 below,

Someone tell me please, the WL1807MOD Absolute Maximum Ratings for RF Pin has same value the

CC3135MOD one?

I confirmed the CC3135MOD data sheet which describing P17 below,

MIN MAX

RF pin: -0.5V 2.1V

From our R&D team:

This is a signal pin. In Tx mode, the device drives it and the voltage level here would be higher than 2.1V. When in Rx mode, the maximum input level is only 0.3V (0dBm), which is the maximum receiver signal expected. This isn’t to say that we will damage the device as we can safely go to at least 1.2V before any damage happens.

Could you share some info on what your customer is exactly looking for?
