Hi,
I have removed the all the jumpers from CC3235MODSF LaunchPad and then I programmed the cc3235 module by connecting the FTDI programmer.
FTDI RX -> CC3235MODSF TX
FTDI TX -> CC3235MODSF RX
SOP2 -> Pull up
I have programmed successfully using the uniflash. while programming I have selected CC3235MODSF Serial.
Then I have design the custom board. I have attached the schematic file below. I have connected the FTDI (USB to Serial converter). but this time uniflash throws the error. I am not able to program. It seems like the the module did not send any ACK signal to uniflash.
Is there anything I missed? I bought the Module from DigiKey. Does the chip loaded with serial boot loader?
Please help me to resolve this issue.
Regards,
Sundar
Hi,
Sorry for the delay.
My team mate will get back to you as soon as possible.

Sundaresan,
On your schematic, GPIO1 (UART_TX) is connected to FTDI_TX and GPIO2 (UART_RX) is connected to FTDI_RX. Is this correct?

Seong
Hi Seong,
Thanks for the help. It is my fault. Let me correct circuit today and update you ASAP

Hi Seong,
Thanks for the help. I am able to upload the program successfully in the custom board.
I have fetched the out of box code into the module and power up the module.
Now the module continuously restarts and after few minutes it says the error below.
[ota report task] Error openning socket, -2017
I have attached the video. Please advice me what went wrong.
Launchpad is working fine with the same code. Only custom board restarts.

Sundar
Sundar,
I will send you a friendship request. Can you share your schematic via DM?
