Can a CC3220MOD pin configured for open collector be connected to a pull up on 5V?

Ah, just a pull up to 5V from a CC3220 GPIO set to open collector. Pull up being 10K.

Hi,

I think this is not a safe hardware configuration. Max. input voltage for GPIO is Vio + 0.5V. And a your case will flow current via internal protection diode.It will be around (5V-3V3)/10k=0.17mA even this will not be nothing terrible, but I think still not good idea.
