I was reading through the layout guidelines for the CC3220MODA chips and I have the following question. Assuming I follow the other guidelines, if I have a board that has components primarily on one side, is it advisable (or even just OK) to have the module on the other side (assuming it's placed at the edge as recommended?). I could do it so that just the module is on the reverse side if that makes a difference. The question would be for a 4 layer board with signal on the bottom, power and ground in the middle and signal on top. I would of course follow the general recommendations to not have the signals on the same layer route under the chip.
