where is the service pack associated with this fw release? I'd like to know what fixes have been made before updating products in the field using this product.

well that question is not answered there either. Where is the service pack that contains this fw version and release notes for it? I want to be sure that

- this fw release may fix some issues we see in the field.

- this fw release does not introduce new issues that may cause failures in the field.
