I hope all your team is doing fine.
I am Suzuki from Heliospectra AB in Sweden. We use your CC3100MOD for our LED light for horticulture usage. Now we are planning to start business in Japan, and we want to get Giteki/Radio wave law compliance.
Unfortunately we don't use CC3100MOD as it is, and did small change at the external antenna.
When I consulted with Telcom Engineering center in Japan explaining our situation, they recommend to contact with you for your support saying,
"If it is just adding an external antenna, it is all right if you prepare the characteristic explanation material (gain and antenna pattern) of the antenna and ask Texas Instruments to apply to us. Then Obtain certification through simple applications and procedures."
Now my question/request is whether I can ask your support on this?
This was already submitted to your customer support team, but they say that this is out of their scope and ask E2E group directly.
