Sir:

We want to adopt CC3235MODSF in our project, just want to know whether apart of its 32M bit SFlash can be used as RAM or not.

If the answer is yes, can we change it to CC3235MODS? which means the internal 1Mbit flash can be removed.

Hi mike,

No. SFlash cannot be used as RAM.

Used type of module S vs SF depends on expected size of your code. If you expect small code (which will fit into 256kB RAM) you can select S version. If you expect bigger code, you should select SF version. Be aware that at S version you need fit into 256kB RAM your code and all variables like a buffers, stack as well.

Hi,

CC32xxMODSF version have 1MB XIP flash for code execution, 256kB RAM and 4MB of sFlash.
