WL1807MOD: wifi module does not work

We did a wifi strength test experiment and found that our module was powered on, and then the wifi module was powered, the normal sdio device can be detected, the wifi driver is loaded, the wifi module can work normally, to do the strength test, use the command ifconfig wlan0 down, and repeat One night, the next morning, we shut down our module again, and then power on again. At this time, the wifi module cannot work normally. The sdio device cannot be found during the boot process. After replacing the wifi module, the motherboard is OK, but wifi The module is broken,Or we are in the process of normal use, the motherboard is powered on and off, the good wifi module will also be broken after a few days, can no longer be detected, and can no longer work。
I would like to ask, have you encountered a similar problem before? How should we troubleshoot this problem? Is there a program in the wifi itself? Is it possible that the program inside is damaged or the hardware is damaged?
