CC3120: RF pin has internal DC bias or not

Hi All,

We are using CC3120 chip in our design and wanted to know if the RF out pin (Pin 31) has internal DC bias or not. We are trying to understand the internal RF architecture and if someone has the details of it then please share.

Hi Harshna,

The external DCDC PA pin is used for the PA internal to the device. This is really all that we can share regarding the internal RF architecture.
