CCS/CC3220S-LAUNCHXL: Can I add or configure any other GPIO for taking as input in the software?

Hi,

In CC3200S launchpad, presently GPIO - GPIOCC32XX_GPIO_09 is configured for RED LED and also other GPIOs configured in "ti_drivers_config.c" file.

Can I add or configure any other GPIO for getting input in the software? or need to modify "ti_drivers_config.c" file?

Please suggest.

Hi Jasmin,

What CC32xx SDK version are you using? You should be able to open the .syscfg file in your example and open the board view to see all of the available GPIO headers on the LaunchPad.

In CCS, import a SDK example and open the .syscfg file in the example. In the top right corner, you should see a "Show Board View" button. Click this and it will show all the available header pins in your example. Then you can configure the GPIOs using the SysConfig GUI.

You can also use The SW2 and SW3 buttons on the LaunchPad as inputs.
