Is there example code available for CC3100/3135 EAP-TLS configuration?

No. You have code example for the PEAP0_MSCHAPv2 in the programmers guide (see chapter 4.6.2 in https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/swru455).

The EAP-TLS requires the client certificate and private key for the client authentication.
