User,
Please provide more detail on the issue.
BR,
Vince
How has it overheated, is the device nonfunctional? What circuitry is being used? Are you driving the motor via a GPIO of the device? What is the max current you pulling? What is max current for the motor and for the WiFi device?
Thanks for your reply. We will collect more details of the issue and get back to you soon.
In order to allocate the failure lot of the inbound shipment and isolate the failure, could you please kindly advice the marking definination on the third line on chip which is showing ‘LTC:96W8YXC’?Is it related to the datecode、Lot number or TKY information on the TI label?
Hi,
The markings are used for internal traceability. Once we understand the failure we can move forward.
BR,
Vince
